Yes. Our most basic “Personal” package allows for the use of 2 domains with your hosting service. Our other packages allow for more. There is no charge associated with using an additional domain, only a limit on the amount of domain slots available depending on your particular package.
Yes. The first installation of the platform is installed automatically upon the purchase of your package. Additional WordPress platforms can be installed using our simple installation application. In addition, you can upgrade the default WordPress installation to WordPress Multisite, managing multiple WordPress sites using a single installation of the platform.
Yes. There are no restrictions in regards to using Multisite with any of our packages.
Yes. There are no additional charges or hidden fees associated with setting up an email account. Multiple accounts are included with each package.
Yes. FTP access and accounts are included with all of our hosting packages.

If your content is currently hosted on a community blog site such as wordpress.com, follow these instructions for migrating your content to your individual installation of the WordPress platform on 121 Hosting:
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress.com blog.
Step 2: Within your Dashboard, navigate to Tools > Export.
Step 3: Download the export file.
Step 4: Within the Dashboard your 121 Hosting installation of WordPress, navigate to Tools > Import.
Step 5: Choose “WordPress” for the import type.
Step 6: Upload the XML file you downloaded from WordPress.com.
Step 7: You’re done! Depending on your theme, you may need to distribute your content accordingly.
